PERSONAL

 I have been a long time resident of Colorado, growing up just south of Denver.  I graduated from Cherry Creek High School and Colorado State University with a degree in Interior Design with an emphasis in Residential Construction.  I have definitely witnessed the growth and expansion of the Denver metro area especially since I have worked in the building industry.  My husband Jim and I have two daughters who we raised in the wonderful community of Highlands Ranch.  We enjoy spending time with family and friends, paddle boarding, hiking, snowshoeing and exploring the beauty of Colorado.

DESIGNER

After graduating from CSU with a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and Residential Construction, I started working as an Interior Designer and Design Center Specialist for various homebuilders in the Denver area. My experience includes merchandising model homes, helping builder clients select their interior and exterior finishes and working with private clients designing their homes. Over the course of my design career, I am proud to share that I have won several awards for Model Home Interior Design and Merchandising.  I am also a Certified Home Stager and enjoy helping clients stage and organize their homes to prepare them to go on the market.  There are simple and inexpensive things that a seller can do to make their home attract more buyers and sell for the best price.  

REAL ESTATE

  The home search can be overwhelming so I like to make it easier and enjoyable for my clients.  With my extensive interior design experience I offer my clients two hours of free design service.  I help buyers with many different options like selecting paint colors, furniture placement, selecting new carpet and flooring to name a few items.  I assist sellers by providing them with staging and organizing advice to prepare their house to go on the market.  It is proven that homes that are staged sell for a higher price and in less time.  There is no better feeling than matching a client to the home of their dreams!
